Technician/Engineering Assistant (Mechanical Technology/Semiconductor, East Region)
Summary
Entry-level role supporting semiconductor manufacturing: monitor equipment, tune processes, and troubleshoot deviations to maintain production quality.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor mechanical process performance and identify process deviations.
- Evaluate tool capability and assign suitable tools based on product requirements.
- Tune and optimize equipment to maintain mechanical process capability.
- Perform post-process disposition, including geometry (Geo) and HOSPC evaluations.
- Initiate containment and corrective actions for process abnormalities.
- Support operations with setup verification and process compliance.
- Ensure stable high-volume production while meeting customer specifications.
- Assist process engineers with production data collection and testing.
- Provide production support and decision-making during critical manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma in Engineering or Science.
- No experience or Entry level will be considered.
