Key Responsibilities
Depending on business needs, you will be assigned to one of the following areas:
- Support Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives, including AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) deployment.
- Monitor production performance and project progress.
- Support Bump Engineering and production operations while undergoing structured development to become a certified associate trainer.
- Support the Quality Engineering team in maintaining and improving Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems.
- Coordinate SPC-related requests with Process Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Nitec in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related disciplines).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant internship or work experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Interest in Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Automation, Quality, or Process Improvement.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
