Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Correctly diagnose driveability issues in a timely manner, the first time
-
Proficient in all aspects of electrical diagnosis
-
Ability to disassemble and correctly reassemble engines, and transmissions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
-
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
-
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

Provide a 3 year driving record
-
Ability to multitask
-
Work well with team members and advisors
-
Proficient with automotive computer systems (Select Monitor, CDK, Mykaarma, Autopoint MPI, Etc)
-
Great customer service skills and concern for overall customer satisfaction (CSI, OLP, NPS)
-
Have own tools & toolbox - Subaru specialty tools provided

Keep a clean workspace
-
Ability to travel to Dallas for overnight training as needed
Qualifications:
-
Previous Subaru experience preferred.
-
Previous independent or dealership experience is required.

Must be a team player and stay current with online trainings and courses.
-
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Compensation:
-
$70,000 - $200,000 annually
-
Dependent on experience & certifications

Able to earn production bonuses
-
Shop Hours:
-
M-F 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
