Our manufacturing success relies on electrical & maintenance precision. In this role, you will be the go-to technical expert keeping our production lines running smoothly, safely, and in total harmony with global pharmaceutical regulations.
Your Day-to-Day Impact:
Keep Utilities Running: You'll take ownership of our rotating equipment, chillers, air compressors, and boilers—ensuring zero unexpected disruptions.
Drive Electrical Excellence: You will look after the site’s LV/HV electrical networks, handle precise instrumentation calibration, and iron out communication glitches within our automation systems.
Uphold Quality Standards: You'll ensure every fix and routine check meets strict cGMP, FDA, and workplace safety requirements.
Stay Organized: You'll navigate SAP to close out work orders, review maintenance logs, and ensure spare parts are always available when needed.
Your Background:
You hold a Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
You bring 3 to 8 years of experience in a fast-paced facility, preferably within a regulated pharma or biotech environment.
You are comfortable analyzing P&IDs, understand clean/black utility systems, and have used paperless calibration systems.
Bonus Points: You are a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) or possess a Class 2 Boiler Attendant Certificate.
The Workplace: Located at Tuas facility.
This role keeps us covered 24/7, requiring flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts or standby support during equipment emergencies.
