Key Responsibilities:

Safely install, secure, and dismantle temporary tent structures following industry standards and company protocols.
Transport, load, and unload materials and equipment to and from job sites.
Work collaboratively with the logistics team to ensure project timelines are met.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tent structures and associated equipment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, project managers, and clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of installations and report any incidents or damages immediately.
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the successful execution of turnaround projects.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in tent installation, construction, or related fields is preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Basic Plus certification required.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols.
