A. Application Development & Reporting
Create and maintain I-Views, dashboards, and business reports based on user requirements.
Develop and maintain SQL queries, data views, and reporting logic to support business needs.
Analyze data discrepancies and resolve reporting-related issues.
Implement small enhancements and minor application changes in coordination with the development team.
Understand existing application functionality and identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
B. Business Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Interact with business stakeholders and end users to understand their requirements and challenges.
Analyze existing business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process flows, as required.
Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing application functionality, workflows, reports, and integrations.
Validate requirements with stakeholders before handing them over for development.
C. Technical Coordination & Development Support
Brief developers on approved business requirements, functional specifications, and expected outcomes.
Coordinate with developers to clarify business logic, application workflows, data requirements, and validation rules.
Perform initial analysis of application issues and support troubleshooting through log analysis, SQL queries, and error investigation.
Understand the application architecture and technical dependencies of the .NET Core backend and React JS frontend.
Track development progress, resolve functional clarifications, and ensure delivery as per agreed timelines.
Support impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment validation for application changes.
D. Testing & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and expected results based on approved requirements.
Conduct functional testing and UAT to validate enhancements, reports, workflows, and application changes.
Coordinate with business users to obtain UAT feedback and formal sign-off.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution and retesting.
Ensure that changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities before production deployment.
E. End-User Training & Support
Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for end users on application features, reports, and process changes.
Prepare user guides, training materials, FAQs, and step-by-step instructions.
Provide functional support to users and assist in resolving application-related queries.
Communicate new features, enhancements, and process changes to relevant stakeholders.
Promote consistent adoption of standard application processes and functionalities.
