Technology Business Analyst (Digital Workplace) - Permanent
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and prioritise APAC business needs, turn vague requirements into practical EUS services, evaluate their value and feasibility, manage incoming demand, and build trusted partnerships with stakeholders through prompt engagement and measurable results.
- Convert business requirements into user-focused digital workplace services by working with service owners and engineering teams, guiding solution design and UAT, and delivering measurable gains in end-user experience across endpoint, collaboration, remote access, trading, and productivity services.
- Plan and run EUS communications for major IT initiatives, producing clear, engaging materials and maintaining communication calendars and trackers, so that messaging is timely, accurate, consistent, and compliant with governance and leadership approval requirements.
- Own the Modern Workspace portal and boost uptake of Copilot, Teams, and other workplace tools through targeted engagement, onboarding, training, and structured change management, raising user satisfaction and productivity while cutting repetitive support requests.
- Deepen relationships with APAC business and IT stakeholders, support senior management with communications and briefings, and track engagement, adoption, satisfaction, and delivery metrics to show impact and drive ongoing improvement.
- Make sure all engagement, requirements, and communications meet IT governance, risk, and regulatory standards, keep documentation audit-ready, and build reusable templates, FAQs, prompt libraries, and knowledge resources that enable consistent, scalable EUS delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as CBAP/CCBA/IIBA, PMI-PBA, Prosci, or ITIL are a plus.
- At least 8 years of combined experience in business analysis, business partnering or engagement, and/or internal communications and digital workplace adoption within a bank or financial institution.
- Proven skill at drawing out unclear or undefined business needs and shaping them into well-defined requirements and user-centred service designs.
- Solid familiarity with digital workplace and end-user technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, endpoint and device experience, remote access, and collaboration platforms. Knowledge of trading and market-data platform environments is an advantage.
- Track record of managing enterprise portals, communication campaigns, and user engagement and adoption programmes.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and turn complex technical topics into compelling business messages.
- Sharp analytical thinking, able to interpret user feedback and adoption and experience data and translate findings into concrete improvements.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting handling several initiatives at once. A creative approach and experience with multimedia communication (video, web, campaigns) are valued.
