Technology Solutions Consultant
Description
Salary: ₱45,000 – ₱50,000 per month
Key responsibilities
Understand client requirements, business objectives, and technical challenges
Recommend technology solutions that align with clients' needs and organizational goals
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations
Collaborate with sales, technical, and service delivery teams to develop effective solutions
Assist in solution design, implementation planning, and project coordination
Prepare technical proposals, solution documentation, and presentations
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the client engagement process
Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
About you
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Experience in technology consulting, IT solutions, technical support, systems implementation, or a related role is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in clear, business-friendly language
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software solutions, cloud technologies, networking, or enterprise systems is an advantage
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements
