Telesales Executive - Cards Portfolio
Primary Objective:
- Responsible for initiating outbound calls to achieve given sales target
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management
- To achieve stipulated sales targets (daily)
- Ensure all leads assigned are completed by stipulated time line
- Ensure conversion rate/success rate of leads are within stipulated targets
- Service Management
- Maintain accurate customer inform
Requirements:
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in sales environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels
