Tender Estimator / QS (2-3yrs exp/Estimation/Tender & BQ/Immediately/Short Notice/Civil Constructions)

Responsibilities:

• Review tender drawings, specifications and contract terms.
• Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities for tenders.
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing for tender submissions.
• Get quotations from subcontractors and suppliers and compare them.
• Follow up on tender queries, clarifications and addenda.
• Put together the tender documents and submit them on time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant tender estimation or pre-tender quantity surveying experience in the civil construction industry.
• Must have experience in tender preparation, quantity take-off and Bills of Quantities.
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and suppliers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to read construction drawings.
• Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
