Are you a Junior Test Analyst or QA Tester looking to build your experience in the banking and digital technology space?

What You’ll Be Doing
Support the end-to-end testing process from understanding requirements to test execution and defect closure.
Design and execute test scenarios and detailed test cases for web and mobile applications.
Perform manual testing based on project requirements and acceptance criteria.
Assist in writing and executing JBehave test cases for Agile projects.
Identify, document and track defects using JIRA and work with relevant stakeholders towards resolution.
Analyse requirements and develop appropriate end-to-end test scenarios.
Maintain testing documentation, test results and project status updates.
Participate in project meetings and collaborate with Product Owners, developers and other stakeholders.
Support testing verification and post-release activities where required.
Ensure testing activities are completed accurately and within project timelines.
What We’re Looking For
0–2+ years of experience in software testing, QA or application testing.
Candidates with banking, financial services or digital application testing experience are preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related qualifications are welcome.
Basic understanding of manual testing and the software testing lifecycle.
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Exposure to JIRA and Confluence is an advantage.
Knowledge of web and mobile application testing is preferred.
Exposure to JBehave, Selenium or Appium would be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of Java or scripting is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team.
