VoicePlug (India, remote) is hiring a Test Automation Engineer to design and execute both manual and automated test cases for its restaurant-facing voice/conversational AI products, testing Web APIs and releases through staging to production. Core stack: Python, Selenium, and QA/automation tooling, with exposure to POS, payments, and NLP/chatbots.
Compensation: ₹5L – ₹6.5L • No equity
Design and execution of test cases., Creating tests that are both manual and automated. • Track the required resolution and stability by following the many lines of business and reporting issues from the company's application, testing releases and updates through QA till Production environments. • Execute tests after deploying the build to the staging environment. • Monitoring and resolving concerns • Outstanding written and spoken English abilities. • Confident testing Web API program. • Expertise in automation software, such as Selenium. familiarity of agile approaches. • Proficiency with tools and the ability to spot automation opportunities • A working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems. • Good knowledge in Python. • Experience with software for restaurants. • Understanding of payment processing. • Experience with testing of conversational AI, chat bots, NLP and related products Pre-Requisite Bachelors/Masters in Engineering or Science. 3-4 years in Automation testing are preferred for this role..
