Test Engineer - General Insurance (Motor / Travel/ Fire / Engg.)
- Proficient in creating Requirement Traceability Matrix for Tests designed
§ Proficient in Selection of Test cases, rightly suitable for Automation considering automation selection criteria’s
§ Need to be proficient in Performing SIT & UAT Test Execution
§ Should report Defects & follow up with Developers / BA IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA
§ Should have good verbal and written communication skills along with strong Logical thinking
§ Must be a good learner and self-starter, and also a team player
§ Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites
Requirements
§ Preferred exposure in Health Insurance/Motor Insurance/ Travel Insurance/Property and Casualty
§ Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in core Software testing
§ Should be able to prepare scenarios and derive test cases from the same
§ Should be proactive in test cases execution, defect discussion, defect logging, risk identification and mitigation
§ Knowledge of writing SQL queries, databases and running of basic SQL queries
§ Should have hands on experience on Test Management (like Quality Center) and Defect Management tools like (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
§ Education: Any graduate with IT background
