Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare Test Cases and Test Scenarios based on business requirements.
- Execute Functional, Integration, and End-to-End testing.
- Validate payment workflows, collections processes, and banking integrations.
- Perform basic API testing and database validation.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Defect Management tools.
- Ensure successful test execution and quality deliverables.
- Prepare and share daily status reports and project progress updates.
- Coordinate with Development, Business, and QA teams for defect resolution.
- Provide regular updates to Onsite and Offshore Test Managers.
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Functional and Integration Testing.
- Basic knowledge of API Testing (Postman) and Database Testing (SQL).
- Experience in defect tracking and defect lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of STLC and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Payments, Collections, or Banking domain.
- Knowledge of banking integrations and transaction processing systems.
- Exposure to payment gateways and financial applications.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
