We are seeking experienced Test Lead and Test Analyst to join a large-scale transformation program delivering critical technology and business outcomes. These roles offer the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, supporting the delivery of complex systems, data platforms, and digital solutions while ensuring high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Test Lead Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple workstreams
- Develop and manage test strategies, plans, and execution schedules
- Coordinate testing teams and provide mentoring and guidance
- Manage defect resolution, risks, and quality reporting
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Design, prepare, and execute test cases and test scripts
- Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing
- Identify, document, and manage defects through resolution
- Support user acceptance testing activities
- Work closely with project teams to ensure quality outcomes
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in software testing within complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, integrations, and system testing
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL, back-end testing, data warehouses, or analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, or Teradata is highly regarded
