Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Test Data Manager to join the Home Journey program for our Nordic banking client — the team responsible for the full end-to-end process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. You will work in a diverse, international, agile environment, establishing a strategic Test Data Management (TDM) process and driving its adoption across teams to enable scalable, compliant and automation-ready testing.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years o f experience within Testing, QA or Data Management
- Proven experience establishing enterprise Test Data Management capabilities
- Webservices Testing
- SOAP
- SOA Testing
- Jenkins
- Mobile Performance Testing
- Strong experience in: Test Data Management processes, data masking and anonymization, GDPR and regulatory compliance, end-to-end testing, test automation & AI utilization, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/DevOps delivery models
- Experience and understanding of mainframe systems
- Experience managing test data across multiple applications, integrated platforms and distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience conducting TDM assessments, strategies and operating model design
- Experience with test data masking, subsetting, synthetic data creation, cloning and provisioning approaches
Nice to Have:
- Banking, mortgage or financial services domain knowledge
- Experience with Home Journey or customer onboarding journeys
- Experience with: Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software TDM, Informatica TDM, Broadcom TDM, synthetic data generation tools
