Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Retail Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Digital Banking Channels. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Core Banking, Cards, Front-End Applications, and Wealth Management (Avaloq) along with end-to-end test management and stakeholder engagement.
Must-Have Skills
- Retail Internet Banking & Mobile Banking domain experience
- Digital Channels testing (Web & Mobile)
- Core Banking and Cards domain knowledge
- Wealth Management (Avaloq) project experience
- NPCI & BBPS Certification Testing
- Database Testing and Backend Log Analysis
- Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Execution & Test Closure
- Agile Methodology and Project Management
- Stakeholder Management and Client Handling
- Team Management, Task Allocation & Mentoring
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing for Digital Banking initiatives.
- Prepare Test Plans, Test Strategy, and Closure Reports.
- Manage project deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive quality gates, client demos, approvals, and release sign-offs.
- Track and report project status through DSR, WSR, and MSR.
- Coordinate with business, development, and client stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate testing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Preferred Profile
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven leadership in managing large QA teams.
- Experience in banking compliance and certification testing.
- Ability to drive quality, governance, and delivery excellence.
