The Leo Kent - Food & Beverage Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of food and beverage management experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, beverage cost, and department profitability.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant operations.
• Experience with OpenTable, social media marketing, and restaurant promotions preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Marriott experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule & Availability Requirements

• Full-time position
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as a regular part of the schedule
• Schedule will vary based on business demands, special events, banquets, and operational needs
• Manager-on-duty shifts will be required
