Responsibilities
What You’ll DoGreet and seat guests with warmth and personality, manage reservations and wait lists, assist with guest flow, support servers as needed, maintain a clean and organized host area, and help create a welcoming pub atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 15 lbs.
- Organized, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
