POSITION OVERVIEW
The Therapeutic Specialist, Pain, will be responsible for implementing Collegium’s sales/marketing plan to assure maximum market penetration. This role will develop relationships with target Health Care Professionals (HCPs) office personnel to carry out Collegium’s mission of becoming the leader in responsible pain management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Seek and foster strong business relationships with health care partners and customers
- Develop plan to meet with target customers in assigned territory and serve as a clinical resource for customers
- Organize and execute sales presentations
- Knowledgeable of the competition's products, service offerings, and activity
- Deliver product fair balance information to appropriate customers effectively
- Plan and execute effective call plan
- Increase Collegium product portfolio market share
- Uphold and consistently demonstrate Collegium’s Core Values
- Be accountable for delivery of quality work on time and with minimal errors
- Explain information related to own output
- Work on problems and ideas of some complexity with defined guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of Pharmaceutical/Life Science industry experience required
- Proven success in an entrepreneurial environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required
