Join St John of God Health Care as TIMS Support Analyst, where you will support the day-to-day use of Technology One Theatre Inventory Management System (TIMS), across St John of God Health Care Hospitals for prosthesis management, theatre inventory billing and replenishment.

About the role

Reporting to the Manager Theatre Inventory and Prosthesis, you will be responsible for providing primary support, training and troubleshooting assistance for Technology One across SJGHC theatres. You will work closely with caregivers to resolve system issues, liaise with the Technology One vendor for escalated matters, and collaborate on system enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

You will lead the coordination of bi-annual Technology One system upgrades, including impact assessments, testing, communications and implementation activities. The role also involves maintaining complex master data, managing supplier and product information, updating contract pricing, and supporting sites with bulk updates and investigation of data-related issues.

In addition, you will generate and analyse reports to support prosthesis revenue capture, consumables management, benchmarking and rebate reporting. You will provide customer support across sites, assisting with purchasing, product creation, invoice matching, order management, and resolving integration, billing and system-related issues to ensure seamless operational performance.

This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role can be based in either Melbourne, Victoria or Perth, Western Australia, with flexibility to work closely with stakeholders across St John of God Health Care's national network.

Your skills and experience

This role is ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven experience managing large, complex datasets. You will have a strong track record of delivering meaningful insights, maintaining data integrity, and supporting business decision-making, while demonstrating excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable and able to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation. Experience in healthcare procurement, prosthesis management, Oracle Fusion ERP and WebPAS will be highly regarded, as will tertiary qualifications in data, business, health or a related discipline.

  • Salary: $107,200 to $119,100, plus 12% superannuation
