Tools and Automation Engineer

Sr. Engineer -Tools and Automation:

Must-have (in priority order)

Python proficiency minimum 4 years of hands-on Python. Framework ownership, not just scripting. Ability to write clean, structured, reusable code. SSH/paramiko, pytest/Robot Framework, log parsing, report generation.

Linux / Networking basics CLI comfort, TCP/IP fundamentals, network interfaces, packet-level understanding. Ethernet protocol knowledge (VLAN, L2/L3) is a strong plus given Ethernovia's automotive networking IC domain.

Automation acumen — framework design thinking, CI/CD awareness, SSH-based remote test infrastructure. Not REST API based.

C/C++ basics — doesn't need to be deep, just enough to understand what's being tested.

Good to Have

Embedded testing background (CAN, UDS, HIL/SIL)

AI tools usage in daily workflow

Automotive domain knowledge

Experience Preference

P1: 8+ years — strong on all four pillars

P2: 4–8 years — strong Python + Linux minimum
