- Replenish agreed consumables and workshop stock holdings to support customer trading continuity and minimise avoidable disruption.

- Represent BNT professionally as a visible, reliable and solutions-focused point of contact for trade customers between branch interactions.
- Safely operate company vehicles.
- Load and unload stock, ensuring goods are delivered in good condition and with correct documentation.
- Follow scheduled routes and delivery timelines, optimizing time efficiency.
- Accurately collect and record all information pertaining to customer credits, including product returns, reasons for return, condition of goods, and any supporting documentation, to ensure compliance with credit processing.
You will also have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A reasonable typing ability and computer literacy.
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
