📊 TRADE MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER – FMCG
📍 Location: one-North, Singapore
💰 Salary: Up to $6,000/month
🗓️ Working Days: Monday – Friday
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Join a dynamic FMCG environment where you will play a key role in driving trade marketing initiatives, promotional planning and commercial performance across retail channels.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain annual & monthly trade marketing calendars and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams, principals and customers to execute trade promotions and campaigns
- Plan promotional mechanics, pricing, timelines and secure optimal in-store visibility/space
- Track campaign and channel sales performance against forecasts
- Support demand and supply planning by aligning promotions, forecasts and stock availability
- Monitor trade spend and budgets and prepare month-end reports
- Conduct post-promotion analysis and ROI evaluation to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare demand forecasts, trade calendar presentations and management updates
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and follow up on key action items and deadlines
⭐ What We're Looking For
- Strong FMCG background is essential
- Hands-on experience in trade marketing, promotional planning and trade calendar management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and campaign performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Power BI experience will be an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Proactive, collaborative and commercially driven
