Trade Steering Coordinator

Deliver the highest levels of quality to all internal stakeholders, to have good attention to detail and high focus on optimization.

• Forecasting (Equipment)

• Report on utilization

• Data Analysis (to optimize vessels)

• Vessel optimization and utilization monitoring

• CA Review, Capture and monitoring

• Liaise with TM on routing optimization.

• Review routing proposals for possible adjustments

• Identify root causes for rejections (all legs) and address the issue

• Review baselines and propose adjustments to TM

• Review any restrictions in place (Space, moves , allocation) and challenge the status quo

• Shipment request management / Handle voyage space request for shipment on waiting list

• Advise shipment handling in overbooking situation

• University degree or equivalent

• Very good command of written and spoken English

• Working knowledge of MS Office

• Able to work well with others and follow guidelines
