Trading Systems DevOps Engineer / SRE (Crypto / Quant) 交易系統運維工程師 / SRE

About the Role

We are seeking a Trading System SRE to become the SME for our in-house trading systems and microservices architecture. You will act as the critical bridge between traders, tech teams, and exchanges, ensuring our low-latency trading environment runs reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Trading Ops: Execute pre-market checks, monitor live trading, handle latency/connection anomalies, and perform end-of-day data ingestion and PnL reconciliation.

• Infrastructure & Microservices: Support and troubleshoot on-prem Kubernetes/Service Fabric environments. Debug gRPC communication and multicast data feeds.

• Automation & Monitoring: Automate deployments (Ansible, GitLab, Octopus) and routine tasks (Python/Shell). Build observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and ClickHouse.

• Collaboration: Work closely with developers on releases, and act as the link between traders and external vendors.

• 日常交易運維：執行開市前檢查、盤中監控、處理延遲/斷線異常，以及盤後數據入庫與持倉盈虧對帳。

• 架構與微服務：支援並排查地端 K8s/Service Fabric 環境，除錯 gRPC 通訊與組播行情源（Multicast）。

• 自動化與監控：使用 Ansible/GitLab 自動化部署，用 Python/Shell 編寫腳本；使用 Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, ClickHouse 建立監控體系。

• 協作溝通：與開發團隊協作發布，作為交易員與外部交易所的溝通橋樑。

Requirements

• Crypto experience is MANDATORY (exchanges, quant funds, or crypto platforms).

• 3+ years in Ops/SRE. Strong Linux and networking (TCP/IP) fundamentals.

• Proficiency in Python/Shell scripting. Experience with C++ project deployment and troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and ClickHouse.

• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

• 必須具備 Crypto 經驗（交易所、量化基金或加密平台）。

• 3 年以上運維/SRE 經驗，精通 Linux 與網路基礎。

• 熟練 Python/Shell 腳本，具備 C++ 專案部署與排錯經驗。

• 熟悉 Kubernetes、關聯式資料庫（PostgreSQL/MySQL）及 ClickHouse。

• 良好的中英文溝通能力（粵語/普通話）。
