What You’ll Be Doing
- Dispatch and coordinate TCPs, LCTs, and supervisors across multiple job sites
- Manage last-minute changes, callouts, and schedule gaps
- Communicate with field crews, supervisors, and clients throughout the day
- Ensure all sites are fully staffed and running efficiently
- Solve problems in real time and adjust plans quickly
- Track attendance, availability, and shift coverage
- Support operations and improve workflow processes
Requirements
- Must have previous experience in a Dispatcher or similar operations coordination role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in traffic control, logistics, or field operations is an asset
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and dispatching systems
- SiteDocs experience is an asset
- Reliable, accountable, and able to take initiative
- Ability to handle pressure and make quick operational decisions
Work Environment
- Fast paced and high-volume operations
- Based out of our Richmond office with possibility of some hybrid after 6 months but no guarantee
- Must be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
- $50-$60k annually with benefit eligibility
