JOB SUMMARY
Assist the Hotel Manager with the day to day running of administrative tasks.
Assist the Director of HR and HR Manager in the daily operations of HR Department. Ensure that the HR administrations are being adhered while maintaining a high degree of associates’ satisfaction.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Hotel Manager with secretarial duties including drafting of general correspondence, filing.
- Able to work independently and use initiative to coordinate respective task to relevant Departmental Managers whenever necessary
- Organizing and arranging office meetings, executive meetings and scheduling of HM’s appointments etc.
- Responsible for minutes taking and accurate transcription of HM’s dictation etc.
- Reception duties for all guests of the Hotel Manager.
- Assist in co-ordinating and administering awards and other associates’ recognition programmes and related activities.
- Assist in preparing annual and/or monthly associates’ functions and activities.
- Maintain Club B2 facilities, e.g. Notice board, locker rooms, associates’ cafeteria, lounge, gym and other associate facilities.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the department from time to time.
