Trainee Planner
Job responsibilities:
- Undergo trainings to be able to perform planning activities.
- Assist in development of Level 4 Critical Path Schedule for projects.
- Assist in identifying the delays and evaluating the consequences to the schedule.
- Liaise with various disciplines and prepare weekly and monthly reports for review by management before issuance to client.
- Assist in preparing ‘S’ Curves, Manpower Histograms, and run-down curves.
- Assist in schedule updates and preparation of look ahead schedules.
- Assist in preparing / incorporating schedule for variations.
- Follow up with project team to ensure that activities are completed on time.
- Support Project Manager, Planning Manager, and other project team with reports for analysis and decision-making.
- Attend periodic project meetings that take place in the office or at site.
- Any other ad hoc planning activities to support the projects / tenders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering
Other Skills:
- Fluency in English and ability to prepare reports / analysis
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of official data and documents
- Ability to prioritize and switch tasks in a busy and demanding environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and complexity
- Ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to quickly adapt to new IT tools
