Training and Quality Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
General
- Provide development, leadership and support for training and quality initiatives throughout PHSE.
- Promote continuous improvement of training, quality systems, operational consistency, and employee competency.
- Serve as a resource for management and employees regarding training, competency, and quality-related matters.
- Complete ad hoc assignments as requested by the VP of HSE, Quality and Training.
- Perform other duties consistent with the responsibilities of the corporate Training and Quality Manager.
Learning Management System (LMS) and Training
- Oversee all aspects of the company Learning Management System (LMS), including implementation, configuration, administration, maintenance, reporting, dashboards, curricula, learning paths, training assignments, completions and user management.
- Determine and maintain company training requirements based on job title, location, department, customer requirements, and operational needs.
- Oversee the sourcing, creation, review, editing, and maintenance of training content for all training needs.
- Coordinate manufacturer training programs.
- Ensure training programs effectively develop and validate employee knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Conduct internal training sessions as required.
Quality Systems and Operational Data
- Identify and maintain critical inspection data, service data, maintenance records, training records, and other operational metrics necessary to support quality initiatives and business objectives.
- Analyze operational and quality data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and corrective actions.
- Support company quality initiatives through audits, reviews, assessments, and corrective action tracking.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with operational personnel and subject matter experts to create, review, edit, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) applicable to operations.
- Oversee the development of SOP-related training materials, presentations, assessments, and reference documents.
Authorized Service Center Compliance
- Monitor compliance requirements associated with Authorized Service Center status for all manufacturer partnerships.
- Identify and address compliance gaps related to manufacturer-specific requirements.
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in training administration, quality management, LMS administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training Development, Quality Management, Business Administration, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field preferred.
- Experience developing training programs, SOPs, instructional materials, and competency assessments preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, project management, and data management skills required.
Working Conditions:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work at the employee's home Branch Office as determined by the VP of HSEQT.
- Travel to PHSE locations, manufacturer facilities and customer sites throughout the United States as required.
- Periodic travel associated with training, audits, inspections, and manufacturer compliance activities.
