Manages and delivers Oracle’s technical training and onboarding programs for new hires across data centers, coordinating trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences.
The ideal candidate has experience delivering and coordinating training programs. As a key member of the team, you will own one of three core areas: Technical Instruction, New Hire Onboarding, or Upskilling Program Management.
