- Direct supporting Associates by establishing site-loading expectations, reviewing work, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of materials presented to franchisees.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts in VisionTrack, including deal stages, notes, and projected closing dates, and prepare for weekly pipeline reviews.
- Execute negotiations within the brand guidelines established by the Account Manager for each client account.
- Update closed transactions to the appropriate status in VisionTrack, coordinate the invoicing handoff, and follow up on outstanding invoices through payment.
- Coordinate with cooperating brokers and other subject matter experts as needed to deliver an integrated solution for franchisee clients.
