As a Transfer Agency Business Analyst – Multifonds Expertise, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undergoing a large-scale operational transformation within Securities Services. You will help modernize Transfer Agency processes by utilizing Temenos Multifonds and its Workflow & Exception Monitor (WEM) capabilities, driving efficiency and innovation across international teams. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of securities operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your main responsibilities:
Analyze existing Transfer Agency processes to identify and implement improvements.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Temenos Multifonds and WEM functionalities.
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
Translate operational needs into clear functional specifications for IT teams.
Support the deployment and optimization of Multifonds solutions.
Recommend best practices and streamline processes based on industry standards.
Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and external stakeholders across regions.
Assist in testing activities, including SIT/UAT, and validate delivered solutions.
Prepare functional documentation and support business readiness initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align project goals.
Provide ongoing support to business users during system upgrades and process changes.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
At least 4+ years of experience within Transfer Agency operations or related roles.
Deep understanding of Transfer Agency operating models and processes.
Hands-on experience working with Temenos Multifonds.
Knowledge of Workflow & Exception Monitor (WEM) is highly preferred.
Prior experience as a Business Analyst or senior operational SME involved in system implementations.
Proven ability to support transformation, migration, or automation projects.
Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business and IT teams.
Experience in preparing detailed business requirements and functional documentation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Background within investment banking, securities services, or asset servicing is a strong advantage.
Nice to have:
Experience with Transfer Agency modernization programs.
Knowledge of workflow automation within Multifonds.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
