As a Business Analyst - Transfer Agency you will be working for our client, a global financial institution delivering complex operational and transformation initiatives within securities services. You will focus on process analysis and improvements within Transfer Agency, with a particular emphasis on Trailer Fees. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will support business readiness, testing, and documentation activities in a highly regulated environment. You will collaborate with operations, IT, and international stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process changes and high-quality delivery.
Your main responsibilities:
Analyze Transfer Agency processes with a focus on Trailer Fees
Define and document business requirements and functional specifications
Prepare and execute test scenarios and support testing activities
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Collaborate with operations and IT teams to ensure solution alignment
Support business readiness and transition activities
Prepare user documentation and operational guidelines
Provide support to end users during system and process changes
Participate in stakeholder meetings and clarify business needs
Ensure consistency and quality of delivered solutions
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 3 years of experience in Transfer Agency
Strong knowledge of Trailer Fees processes
Experience working as a Business Analyst or in operational roles
Understanding of Multifonds or similar Transfer Agency systems
Experience in financial services or banking environments
Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
Experience supporting testing or UAT activities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in international environments
Language Required for the role:
Fluent in Polish and English.
