Leads client-facing business transformation projects at McKinsey's Budapest office: independently manages workstreams, runs client meetings and workshops, and coaches junior consultants while helping clients adapt operating models and deliver change programs. - Implementation of transformation projects across sectors
- Independent management of workstreams with support from Delivery or Engagement Manager
- Collaboration with McKinsey colleagues and client teams
- Leadership of junior consultants and clients in projects or workstreams
- Conducting client meetings and workshops to achieve project objectives
- Supporting clients in adapting operating models to environmental changes
- Planning and delivering change projects with clients
- Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with clients
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics or engineering with strong academic achievement
- 4+ years of experience in project delivery, project management implementation or PMO preferably in consulting
- Proven experience in business transformation or business change including organizational structure, capability building, digital transformation, transformation office setup and execution, operational excellence, turnaround execution, finance transformation or supply chain transformation
- Private sector industry experience in financial services, insurance, manufacturing, logistics, mining, industrial, FMCG, automotive or retail sectors
- Functional experience with AI-related solutions such as analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools
- Strong pragmatic problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with flexibility and agility in a consulting environment
- Hybrid working with flexibility to travel
- Fluency in local language and English (native or equivalent)
