Translator (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description & Requirements

• As Secretary to all native Japanese Project Managers and Management
• Assist in all communications and reports writing.
• Require to attend all site progress meetings between Kinden and consultants, main contractor, owner, suppliers etc
• Japanese to English and English to Japanese interpretation with all business partners and Kinden Japan Head Office
• Taking Minutes of Meeting
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate accurately, promptly, effectively and professional with internal and external parties.

Requirement

• Minimum 'O' level.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experince.
• Preferably those with experience in the construction industy.
• Those with technical engineering knowledge wil be an added advantage.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N3). Listening / Writing / Speaking is essential.
• Those with JLPT N2 and more working experience will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• Willingness to work at Tuas area with transportation pick up at designated MRT stations.
