We are seeking a Safety Professional to oversee the safety and compliance of our open-deck operation, ensuring that our drivers and carrier partners meet the highest standards of the FMCSA and the Department of Defense.

The Role

This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of safety programs across both our asset and non-asset (brokerage) business units. You will be the technical expert for all things safety—from load securement for heavy machinery to vetting third-party carriers. Crucially, you will lead the "Driver Life Cycle," ensuring that safety begins with a seamless onboarding experience and is sustained through high-impact retention and driver recognition initiatives.
