Lipari Foods has an opening for a Regional Transportation Supervisor in our Beltsville KY facility.
STARTING PAY IS $75,000 PER YEAR
Must have a combination of training and/or experience totaling at least 1 year.
Must have CDL Class A Driver’s License
Such training and/or experience may consist of:
CDL Class A driver’s license
1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Microsoft Office skills
Routing experience or extensive knowledge there of

Such training and/or experience may consist of:
- Helping drivers with day-to-day issues
- Conducting weekly meetings with drivers to address issues, questions, & concerns
- Aiding in the recruiting / hiring process
- Covering routes / shuttles when needed due to call offs or openings
- Accurately logging PO’s, call offs, and pay issues
- Navigate and handle any customer issues that might arise
- Oversee equipment maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness
- Communicate with 3rd party vendors to ensure timeliness of repairs and maintenance

Requirements
1 year & 50,000 verifiable miles driving a tractor trailerCDL Class A driver’s license
1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role
