Transportation Supervisor
Pay will be discussed during interview.
The position will cover Lancaster PA, Beltsville MD and Clifton, NJ
This position will provide a first point of contact for drivers based out of this specific region. KEY RESPONSIBLITES:
· Helping drivers with day to day issues
· Conducting weekly meetings with drivers to address issues, questions, & concerns
· Aiding in the recruiting / hiring process
· Covering routes / shuttles when needed due to call offs or openings
· Accurately logging PO’s, call offs, and pay issues
· Navigate and handle any customer issues that might arise
· Oversee equipment maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness
· Communicate with 3rd party vendors to ensure timeliness of repairs and maintenance

· 1 year & 50,000 verifiable miles driving a tractor trailer· CDL Class A driver’s license 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role
