Travel Operations Executive (Central)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air ticket reservations and travel arrangements for group and corporate bookings.
• Liaise with land operators, hotels, restaurants, event venues, and service providers to obtain quotations and confirm bookings.
• Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, airport transfers, coach transportation, and related logistics.
• Prepare travel documentation, luggage tags, tour booklets, briefing materials, and pre-departure kits.
• Handle visa enquiries and travel insurance purchases through phone and email correspondence.
• Manage and resolve operational issues, disputes, and customer complaints with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the sales team with proposal preparation and operational coordination.
• Assist the business travel team with daily operational activities and travel-related arrangements.
• Issue event orders, invoices, and related documentation for operational support services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or any relevant field.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Tourism or Hospitality industry, candidates with no relevant experience are welcomed to apply too.
• Experience in group travel bookings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• GDS (Sabre or Amadeus) experience is an added advantage.
