Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, have valid identification, and possess the following traits:

This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Candidates MUST have valid Auto Insurance.
When and Where is the job located:
We have the following full-time traveling Lead custodian opportunity available serving Ionia Public Schools and Portland Public Schools:
- Monday-Friday
- 1 scheduled weekend per month
- 3pm-11:30pm
- 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour plus mileage!
LEAD Core Responsibilities:

Execute the clean building process
- Finish the job with GRBS tools
- Complete 360 communication
- Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
- Lead with integrity and humility
- Complete Building Walkdowns
- Nightly perimeter door checks
What does this job look like:

- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- As well as other cleaning task as assigned
