Truck Operator (Section Manager)

Job Summary
Our client in the Transportation industry is looking for a Truck Operator (Section Manager) to manage daily truck operations from port or origin points to customer destinations. The role ensures timely delivery, cargo accuracy, driver coordination, cost control, and compliance with company and government regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage truck shipments from port or origin to customer locations

• Plan daily schedules, routing, and cargo loading

• Coordinate with drivers, warehouses, and customers

• Monitor shipment progress and resolve delivery issues

• Verify cargo accuracy against shipping documents (DO)

• Supervise driver performance, safety, and compliance

• Calculate driver payments, mission allowances, and overtime

• Control diesel usage and transportation expenses

• Prepare shipment and operation reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Lead trucking team and attend customer meetings

Main Responsibilities:

• High school or bachelors degree in any field

• Basic computer skills (MS Office)

• Good communication skills in Khmer and basic English

• No experience or at least 1 year in transportation or logistics

• Experience in port-to-customer operations is an advantage

• Able to work under pressure, flexible hours, and field-based work
