2 - RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES A) Responsibilities:

 In charge of safely loading and offloading the Raw material and Finished goods from and to the warehouse.

 Receives or delivers the material physically from the production floor

 In charge of loading and unloading the trucks with Raw Material or Finished Goods without damage to either the goods or the equipment.

 In charge of delivering and returning raw material to and from the different sections in the plant.

 Sort the received material in its allocated place

 Maintains the 5S system in the warehouse.

B) Authorities: Signs on the material receipt or delivery slip

A) Within the Department: Warehouse Unit.

B) With other Departments: Production Unit

4 - EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

A) Education & Experience

 1-2 years experience in forklift driving operation.

B) Professional Certification:

 Forklift driver’s license
