✅ Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinators who excel at presenting comprehensive treatment plans and helping patients move forward with care.
✅ Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) who understand dentistry and are ready to transition from clinical assisting into treatment coordination, patient financing, leadership, and management.
✅ Medical Spa Sales Consultants / Patient Coordinators with experience selling high-value aesthetic treatments, managing consultations, and converting leads into clients.
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present comprehensive dental treatment plans confidently, clearly, and professionally.
- Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, timelines, and financial arrangements.
- Coordinate complex treatment cases, including implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, veneers, orthodontics, and restorative procedures.
- Help patients understand financing options and maximize treatment acceptance.
- Follow up with unscheduled treatment opportunities and maintain strong patient relationships.
- Work closely with doctors to ensure treatment recommendations are communicated accurately.
- Maintain accurate treatment plans, patient notes, financial arrangements, and follow-up records.
- Monitor treatment acceptance, scheduled production, and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager and leadership team to achieve office goals.
- Develop the operational and leadership skills needed for future advancement.
💻 REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
⭐ Proficiency in Open Dental is required for candidates with dental experience.
⭐ Strong understanding of comprehensive dental treatment planning and presentation.
⭐ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
⭐ Confidence discussing high-value treatment plans and financial arrangements.
⭐ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
⭐ Ability to manage multiple patient consultations and follow-ups.
⭐ A positive, professional, goal-oriented mindset.
⭐ A genuine desire to learn, grow, and become a leader.
Experience in dental treatment coordination, dental assisting, medical spa sales, or high-ticket healthcare sales is highly valued.
Candidates transitioning from medical spa sales must be willing to learn dental terminology, treatment workflows, and Open Dental.
