Currently, we are in search of a UA Manager whom we will entrust with the development of our games.
Your Role:

Your Role:
- Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Applovin, Unity, Mintegral, Google Ads, Meta, and others;
- Monitoring and analyzing the quality of acquired audiences based on KPIs;
- Collaborate with internal teams: creative production, analytics, product;
- Generating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and interpreting results to enhance campaign performance.
- At least 2 years in user acquisition for mobile games with IAA/IAP monetization models;
- In-depth knowledge of UA channels and their auction mechanics;
- Responsible for delivering clear and measurable results;
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and good communication abilities;
- Highly motivated, hands-on, and a well-organized work approach.
