UI/UX & Graphics Designer
You will own the end-to-end UI/UX vision for web and mobile products, from discovery through delivery. You will design mobile app journeys and payment experiences, including onboarding, KYC, transfers, stablecoin transactions, and portfolio dashboards. You will create wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and visual assets; maintain a scalable design system; collaborate on regulatory requirements; and improve designs through usability reviews, user feedback, and product analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own the UI/UX vision for web and mobile products from discovery to delivery
- Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys, with a focus on mobile app flows and payment experiences
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Lead design for iOS and Android mobile applications using platform-native UX patterns and accessibility standards
- Design payment flows for onboarding, KYC, fund transfers, stablecoin transactions, and portfolio dashboards
- Establish and maintain a scalable component-based design system across platforms
- Create graphics for campaigns, presentations, social media, in-app visuals, and infographics using Figma and Canva
- Align design with business and regulatory requirements
- Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on user feedback and product analytics
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX and product design experience
- Strong portfolio of shipped digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
- Working experience with Canva
- Experience designing iOS and/or Android mobile applications
- Understanding of mobile UX patterns
- Experience with payment flows, financial products, or transaction-heavy interfaces in fintech, neobank, SaaS, or Web3
- Knowledge of UX research, usability principles, and interaction design
- Ability to articulate and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders
- Experience designing for crypto, DeFi, stablecoin, or RWA platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with KYC/AML onboarding flows is preferred
- Motion design, micro-interaction, user research, or data-informed design iteration experience is preferred
