At Lynksen, we’re a dynamic team working at the intersection of design and development — and right now, we’re gearing up for a series of exciting digital products. That’s why we’re on the lookout for a UI/UX Product Designer who’s ready to help craft intuitive, user-centered experiences from the ground up

Responsibilities

✦ Participate in product discovery: user research, interviews, competitor analysis
✦ Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
✦ Translate complex product ideas into clean and user-friendly interfaces
✦ Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders across the team
✦ Conduct usability testing and iterate on design based on real feedback
✦ Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI libraries
✦ Present and defend design decisions to internal teams and clients
✦ Ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints


Requirements

✦ 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
✦ Strong portfolio with examples of product-focused design (web or mobile)
✦ Proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout, components, prototyping)
✦ Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
✦ Experience working with developers to bring designs to life
✦ Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches
✦ Upper-intermediate (B2+) English proficiency in both written and spoken form

Nice to have

✦ Experience with motion design or interactive prototyping tools
✦ Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, etc.) for data-driven design decisions
✦ Experience designing admin panels or dashboard interfaces
✦ Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
✦ Background working in Agile/Scrum environments
