Plan and conduct user research, usability tests, and interviews.

Analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights.

Collaborate with design and product teams to align on user needs.

Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Develop personas, journey maps, and user scenarios.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.

3+ years of UX research experience.

Familiarity with research tools like UserTesting, Maze, or Optimal Workshop.

Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
