At Lynksen, we’re a dynamic team working at the intersection of design and development — and right now, we’re preparing for a series of new web-based products and platforms. That’s why we’re on the lookout for a Web Designer who’s ready to help us shape outstanding digital experiences from the ground up
Responsibilities✦ Create engaging and user-friendly website designs based on client and internal team requirements
✦ Design responsive layouts that work across devices and platforms
✦ Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and content creators
✦ Translate wireframes, mockups, and user flows into polished UI
✦ Apply best practices in typography, color theory, and layout design
✦ Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding across projects
✦ Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
✦ Stay updated with the latest trends in web and interface design
Requirements
✦ 2+ years of experience in web/UI design
✦ Strong portfolio showcasing modern web design work
✦ Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD
✦ Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web usability
✦ Experience designing for both marketing websites and product interfaces
✦ Basic understanding of how designs are implemented in code (HTML/CSS/JS)
✦ Attention to detail and ability to work with design systems
✦ Upper-intermediate (B2+) English proficiency in both written and spoken form
Nice to have
✦ Experience collaborating with frontend teams on implementation
✦ Skills in motion design and prototyping (Figma, After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
✦ Familiarity with SEO and web accessibility principles
✦ Knowledge of CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
✦ Background working in Agile/Scrum teams
