Job Description

Put your development expertise to work on automation solutions used across a large-scale professional services environment. As a UiPath Automation Developer, you'll develop and deploy UiPath digital workers, translate business requirements into reliable RPA solutions, and support automation from technical planning through production. The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using object-oriented programming languages
• At least 1 year of practical experience developing automations with UiPath
• Background in application development, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline
• Current UiPath Certified Professional credential
• Exposure to Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related emerging technologies is highly regarded
• Good understanding of current technology trends, tools, and developments within the IT landscape
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality work within tight timelines
• Comfortable working autonomously while contributing effectively within collaborative and cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish productive working relationships across different stakeholders
• Confident in presenting ideas, discussing requirements, and engaging with business stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to adjust working hours when business or project requirements demand it

Your Daily Tasks

• Design, develop, test, and implement digital workers and automation solutions that support business and operational needs.
• Gather technical and business requirements, prepare solution estimates, and manage activities across development, testing, deployment, and rollout.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and requirement discussions to understand processes and automation needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and generate business value through RPA, Artificial Intelligence, and other automation technologies.
• Partner with business teams to ensure application configurations remain aligned with changing requirements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and recurring issues affecting the digital workforce and automation platform.
• Manage assigned technical initiatives independently and deliver agreed outcomes within required timelines.
• Explore emerging technologies and assess their potential application across automation and business processes.
• Strengthen stakeholder and client relationships through dependable delivery, clear communication, and responsive support.
• Produce accurate, high-quality work while communicating technical information effectively across written and verbal channels.
• Travel to other office locations when business requirements call for it.
